Handi Paneer

  • Chop onions and fry them in 1tbsp of oil, till they become golden/pink in color.
  • Reduce flame, add grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and mix.
  • Add chopped tomato, chopped green chilli and tej patta.
  • Cook on low flame for about 7-8 mins.
  • Add beaten curd and cook till the gravy becomes dry.
  • Add salt and water, boil for 2min.
  • Mix paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Cook till the time gravy mixes well with paneer and become thick.
  • Add a little freshly ground pepper.
  • Remove the pan from gas stove and serve hot.

  • Cottage cheese (Paneer) 200gms
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
